Location: Swadlincote, DE11.
Overview
We are recruiting a reliable, experienced hard‑working Admin for a building trade customer who deals within loft ladders, skylights and roof windows.
Responsibilities
- Process orders within agreed time frames and following company procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage workload effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor delivery tracking.
- Deal with enquiries efficiently.
- Monitor and respond to email inboxes.
- Proactively identify potential sales opportunities on the company’s website and follow up on leads.
- Support the online business.
- Submit paperwork to a high standard of accuracy.
- Maintain records of customer discounts and monitor monthly promotions.
- Strong professional communication skills with customers, clients and colleagues.
- Ensure all invoices are sent out daily, liaising with the Accounts department for credit limit information.
- Assist with any other duties reasonably requested by management.
- Occasionally make outbound calls to current clients and customers about promotions and check-in with occasional cold calls.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of good admin background.
- Good data entry skills.
- Experience with email handling.
- Multitasking ability.
- Customer service experience.
- Comfortable with phone communication.
