What you’ll do
- Handle all administrative activities on behalf of the Business Manager and Executive Coordination Managers.
- Play a key role in managing the logistics for events and visits, working closely with the team to ensure smooth running of internal and external events.
- Support the Office with planning activities.
- Draft key notes and actions for a range of meetings, providing clear records of decisions.
- Provide cover for the Executive Director’s PA once a week and during periods of leave, gaining broader exposure.
Qualifications
- Highly organised, digitally confident and an experienced communicator.
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in note‑taking and document preparation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in event coordination and administrative leadership.
Location: This role can be delivered from any Environment Agency office; regular travel to our Marsham Street location in London for co‑location and meetings, and occasional overnight stays will be required.
