Champion Reliability across the Full Lifecycle


  • Ensure new facilities meet design intent and perform flawlessly during acceptance testing.
  • Partner with commissioning teams and site operations to verify that start-up testing is robust and complete.
  • Identify, resolve and close out availability risks and equipment deficiencies/defects, capturing lessons learnt to reduce repeatable incidents
  • Works with SME’s and vendors to gain accurate root cause analysis reporting, ensuring problems are resolved efficiently but correctly


Be the Mechanical SME support for Site Operations


  • Provide deep technical support during mechanical issues, emergencies, or failure events.
  • Review mechanical designs and system modifications with a focus on reliability and maintainability.


Drive System Performance and Continuous Improvement


  • Develop and optimize maintenance programs to maximize uptime and reduce lifecycle cost.
  • Identify failure risks in designs, sequences of operation, and equipment configurations.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis, support After‑Action Reports, and push corrective actions forward.
  • Support procurement with reliability‑driven equipment evaluations and vendor feedback.


Build a Data‑Driven Reliability Culture


  • Conduct risk assessments, reliability modelling, and asset health analysis.
  • Manage documentation, testing records, and reporting to ensure transparency and traceability.


Be present where it Matters


  • Attend factory witness tests to validate equipment performance.
  • Oversee upgrades, remediation and component replacements to ensure all works are meeting high quality standards.
  • Support the site operations EMEA team during complex activities, issues and project works.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university or college or equivalent field experience to successfully perform essential job functions.
  • 5 years of experience in critical facility operations and maintenance.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of total work time.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
