This is a chance to join an established FM and installs business with a serious presence across the UK Retail Space. Twenty-plus years delivering AC installs and ongoing FM services to the kind of clients whose stores you walk past every day. Multi-site, fast-paced, and built on long-term relationships that keep generating repeat work.

They're investing in the AC delivery side of the business and need an experienced Project Manager to own the end-to-end on installation programmes and FM services across their estate.

What you'll be doing:

• Owning AC install projects from survey and scope through planning, delivery, commissioning, and handover
• Leading a team of AC engineers, supervisors, and specialist subcontractors across multi-site retail and commercial work
• Running the commercial side properly, budgets, variations, margin, forecasting, and timely reporting

What you'll need:

• Proven AC project management experience, ideally across both install and FM
• F-Gas qualified with strong working knowledge of CDM 2015, SFG20, TM44, and RAMS
• Track record of multi-site delivery and confident client-facing communication
