We are seeking to appoint a Compliance & Quality Officer, who will develop, maintain, and improve the school’s compliance and assurance systems, ensuring that St Michael’s Church of England High School meets all statutory and regulatory requirements relating to Governance, policy, health and safety, and data protection.

Develop, maintain, and improve the school’s compliance and assurance systems; ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements including governance, policy, health and safety, and data protection.
Qualifications
- GCSE Maths and GCSE English (Level 4 and above)
- Experience in administration, compliance or business support
- Experience of working in a school environment
- Confident and competent in using day‑to‑day IT
- A commitment to the ethos of the school

Contract: Fixed Term ending 31 August 2027
