About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Media Executive to join our central SMG media team, working across Boots’ first‑party data proposition (A360). This is a fixed‑term contract lasting 6–9 months. In this role, you will take ownership of paid social campaigns end‑to‑end, activating, optimising, and driving performance through first‑party data while collaborating closely with planning, insights, and client teams to deliver measurable impact.

A Little Bit About You

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in paid social media buying
  • Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of lower‑funnel performance campaigns including CPA, ROAS, and ROI
  • Familiarity with digital performance metrics and campaign reporting
  • Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience in FMCG, retail, or media environments (preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing

Day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

  • Owning end‑to‑end campaign activation, including set‑up, pacing, optimisation, and reporting
  • Building and managing paid social campaigns using first‑party data
  • Troubleshooting campaigns and implementing tracking, audience pushes, and optimisations
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and results
  • Collaborating with planning, insights, and client teams on campaign strategy and execution
  • Supporting campaign reporting, including mid‑campaign updates and post‑campaign analysis
  • Assisting with campaign planning decisions across audiences, platforms, and ad tech
  • Attending client calls and presenting performance insights when needed
  • Exploring new platforms, partnerships, and innovation opportunities
  • Supporting wider team initiatives and staying up‑to‑date with industry trends
