Ideally you'll have strong 3D modelling skills OR Stress Engineer/ FEA experience or knowledge. As a Mechanical Engineer you'll validate designs, analyse materials, problem-solve and create project reports. Extensive benefits Package, inc. generous holidays and working hours. The Role:
- Create 3D Designs or Test and Validate Designs carrying out structural analysis / FEA
- Liaise with in-house engineering depts & Production
- Review Concepts & Designs – research markets.
- Ensure Products meet regulations, Solve Problems and Investigate failures
The Person:
- Engineering Degree, or excellent experience to replace this
- Ability to problem-solve and provide creative and logical solutions.
- Experience of 3D modelling or Stress/ FEA related Projects
- Comfortable meeting deadlines within a Manufacturing environment.
- Well organised with good document mgt. & IT skills.
