Estimator Role


Full Time | Lisburn


A premier specialist interior and refurbishment main contractor is seeking an Estimator to join their growing commercial team. This is a standout opportunity to work on an impeccable portfolio of high-end luxury projects across the hospitality, elite commercial, high-end residential, and luxury retail sectors. You will be delivering landmark schemes where detail, quality, andcraftsmanshiptruly matter.

Key Responsibilities


  • Review and evaluate incoming tender information across various formats

  • Compile highlyaccurate, detailed, and compliant cost estimates

  • Source, review, and negotiate competitive quotes from specialist subcontractors and suppliers

  • Analysecontractual and supplementary tender documents for commercial impact

  • Manage all technical and pricing correspondence with clients, consultants, and site teams

  • Attend site visits to evaluate physical conditions and check exact tender pricing requirements

  • Participate in mid-tender and post-tender review meetings with clients and design teams

  • Manage the post-tender query process and follow up onsubmittedbids

  • Provide clear, detailed internal handover packages to the operations team on successful tenders

Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years experience in a commercial Estimating role

  • Main Contractorfit-outand refurbishment experience preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

  • Strong IT skills and sharp commercial acumen

  • Knowledge of estimating software systems (experience withEvaluateispreferrable)
