The Role
You will play a key part in driving growth while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial clients with excellent retention and service
- Identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities
- Conducting client meetings, risk reviews, and renewal discussions
- Working with internal broking teams to deliver tailored insurance solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and partners
- Acting as a professional representative within the local business community
