To liaise and agree with the HR Manager(s) on the support necessary to assist the range of work undertaken by the HR Advisors in the HR department. To undertake duties in relation to telephone queries, email queries and post queries regarding the sphere of work covered by HR Services. To carry out necessary BA and Quality checks as required within the required timeframes. To keep up to date with issues across the HR Services. To work closely with the HR Manager(s) to promote a culture of continuous improvement and to ensure that improvements are implemented and communicated effectively. To attend training as required with the intent to use its practical application to improve both own and team performance. Conduct investigations as and when required for management for complaints, incidents etc… Qualifications/Professional Training Essential CIPD Level 5 Skills and Experience Essential Experience of working within an HR environment Excellent organisational skills demonstrated by the ability to manage large and complex workload within agreed timescales whilst maintaining accuracy Ability to work in a flexible manner to meet operational needs Experience of managing/supervising a team. Experience of using CRM and HRMS Computer literate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desirable Case Management experience Experience in the use of integrated HR Systems Experience of using performance management techniques effectively Tribunal experience Experience of taking lead on an employee relations investigation Experience of managing/supervising a team within the past 5 years Vetting This role will require you to undertake security vetting to CTC level, and as such all candidates must have been resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland for a minimum period of 3 years at point of application.
