Marketing Executive (Digital, Brand & Events) Location: Belfast (Hybrid) £35-45K MCS are delighted to partner with an innovative technology company who are scaling across the UK, Ireland and Europe. They are looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Executive to help drive brand awareness, demand generation and customer engagement across multiple markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys blending digital marketing with hands-on event delivery, content creation and strategic brand development in a fast-growing clean technology environment. Key Responsibilities Support and evolve brand identity across all customer touchpoints including website, sales collateral and partner assets. Help develop clear messaging frameworks, customer case studies and sector-specific content. Ensure brand consistency across digital, print and event materials. Plan and support multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid and organic social, email marketing, webinars and digital advertising. Manage website updates, SEO optimisation and campaign landing pages. Monitor analytics and campaign performance, producing regular reports and insights. Write engaging marketing content including blogs, case studies, emails, ads, landing pages and presentations. Maintain and organise marketing collateral including pitch decks, one-pagers and case studies. Essential Criteria Minimum 4 years’ experience in a marketing role. Proven experience across digital marketing channels including social media, SEO, email marketing, analytics and campaign reporting. Experience supporting or coordinating conferences, trade shows or industry events. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience using design or content tools such as Canva or similar platforms. Desirable Experience creating technical or B2B marketing content such as case studies or product explainers. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as HubSpot. Basic HTML/CMS knowledge.
