Based in South Lanarkshire, this rapidly growing principal contractor (renowned for working on some of the UK’s most exciting design and build projects) is seeking an experienced QUANTITY SURVEYOR or SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join their commercial team.
In this role, you will primarily take charge of the financial management of railway construction projects – overseeing cost estimation, contract administration, and project management. Your expertise will be key in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Preparing interim applications for payment and managing final accounts.
* Managing subcontractor procurement, certifying payments, and agreeing subcontract terms.
* Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations to protect both business and employees.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to cost, time, and quality standards.
HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying.
* Have demonstrable experience as a QUANTITY SURVEYOR in the UK Construction Industry – ideally within railway construction (although this is not a necessity).
