Identify and define how commercial requirements can be translated into smart, low-friction but high-impact, operational processes. Manage the configuration of the licensing and reporting platform, ensuring new product codes and fee changes are implemented without error. Audit the data flow between licensing agreements and monthly invoicing to ensure revenue leakage is minimized. Optimise use of the platform to provide easy access to comprehensive insights on customers and data. Qualifications: Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Law, Marketing or a related field. 2+ years of experience in financial services (preferably financial data), ideally within a business analysis or support function. Advance data visualization skills Content Design & Documentation: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for simplifying complex concepts.
