Central London (Hybrid – a couple of days per month in office)

We're working with a fast-growing, engineering-led organisation that's scaling its Platform & Reliability capabilities across a modern Azure cloud environment.

They're looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to help improve system resilience, drive automation, and ensure their platforms are highly available, observable, and performant at scale.

This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with Platform and Software Engineering teams to reduce operational friction, improve reliability, and build robust cloud-native systems.

What you'll be working on:
  • Azure cloud infrastructure and services
  • Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
  • CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Actions
  • Improving observability, monitoring, and incident response processes
  • Driving automation to enhance system reliability and scalability
  • Supporting production systems and participating in incident management
What we're looking for:
  • Experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering role
  • Strong Azure experience (or comparable cloud exposure with Azure focus)
  • Solid understanding of reliability engineering principles
  • Hands-on with Terraform and CI/CD tooling
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative engineering environments
