Use our business IT system (InspHire) to identify efficiency opportunities and assist in setting departmental budgets and targets. What will help you to excel in this role: Extensive experience managing people at a departmental level, including performance management, training and team development. Solid understanding of plant hire operations, including proficiency with hire-industry IT systems and the ability to analyse operational reports, budgets, and departmental performance targets.
