What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the coordination and review of working capital reporting packs for internal and group purposes.
  • Supporting financial modelling and forecasting processes across supply chain, materials, and general supplies.
  • Holding monthly reviews with supply chain managers, challenging performance and driving accountability.
  • Reviewing cost variations, purchase price variances, and supplier claims.
  • Reconciling and ensuring integrity between SAP Bills of Material and financial records.
  • Preparing detailed financial performance reports for both European and US leadership.
  • Managing large volumes of data and turning it into clear, actionable insights.
  • Building strong relationships with auditors, suppliers, and wider business stakeholders.
  • Driving continuous improvements in reporting, forecasting, and process integrity.

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong SAP knowledge and proven experience in inventory or supply chain finance.
  • A degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience (full qualification not essential).
  • Excellent Excel and IT skills, with exposure to tools like TM1 being a bonus.
  • Great communication skills and the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a passion for process improvement.
