Develop, implement, and maintain robust Quality Management Systems (QMS) in line with ISO 9001 and customer requirements. Manage non-conformances, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Oversee Supplier Quality Assurance, including audits and corrective actions. Develop and maintain the Health & Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Conduct risk assessments, accident investigations, and lead safety training initiatives. Drive environmental initiatives to reduce waste, energy usage, and overall environmental impact. Track, analyse, and report key QHSE KPIs, producing monthly reports on compliance and performance. Coach and support managers and supervisors in their QHSE responsibilities, fostering a proactive safety culture. The Person: To excel in this role, you will need: A degree (or equivalent experience) in Quality, Engineering, Technical, Business, or a related field. 5 + years' experience in a Quality / QHSE leadership role within manufacturing or FMCG. Strong experience with ISO 9001 and quality audit management. Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and IT skills. Desirable Criteria: NEBOSH or formal Health & Safety qualification.
