What You Will Do Administer payroll for a portfolio of clients, ensuring all deadlines are met Prepare and submit all employer reports in line with statutory requirements Support the Payroll Manager in the smooth day-to-day running of the payroll bureau Assist with additional client reporting requirements Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all work Liaise with both internal teams and external clients to resolve queries Support other areas of the firm where required, including ad hoc assignments Gain exposure to bookkeeping and accounts work as your experience develops What's in It for You Competitive salary package 36.5-hour working week Early finish at 14:00 every Friday 22 days annual leave plus 11 statutory holidays Employer pension contributions Supportive and collaborative working environment Requirements Minimum 1-2 years' experience in practice or a payroll bureau environment Experience of HSC payroll (desirable) Working knowledge of payroll software Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively What's the next step?
