We are working with a civil and structural consultancy seeking an experienced civil engineer with around 6–9 years of post-graduate experience to help design infrastructure for projects including schools, housing, commercial, and leisure developments.
The job involves:
* Designing systems for drainage, roads, water, flooding, and utilities * Assessing site conditions such as flooding risk, ground conditions, and environmental factors. * Using digital and 3D modelling tools * Solving complex design problems creatively * Helping clients with planning, strategies, and feasibility studies
Requirements
* Strong technical engineering skills * Experience working on development and infrastructure projects * Experience of design software used in energy and environmental analysis * Knowledge of modern digital design tools and modelling systems
Professional qualifications are expected to include:
* BSc/BEng (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering * Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and membership of an appropriate professional body such as ICE, CIWEM (or similar)…
