Each delivery store is staffed with a team who have been specially trained to manage the operations efficiently as well as pick and pack orders in record time, with Deliveroo's 100,000 strong rider network completing all deliveries.The RoleThe role of the Site Associate is to support the Site Management team in achieving the highest performance possible within their respective site. This includes maximizing customer satisfaction, striving to work efficiently, ensuring accuracy in stock counting, handling stock with care and according to rotation policies to reduce wastage.The Site Associate must also contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment that is pleasant for all colleagues and ensure at all times that the tasks they are carrying out are in line with all H&S policies.What You’ll be Doing Pick orders efficiently to meet time targets. This includes monitoring and responding to incoming customer orders to reduce order queue time. Pick orders ensuring 100% accuracy, maintaining product qualityAdhere to packaging SLAs when preparing customer ordersEfficiently replenish stock, ensuring accurate inventory, strong merchandising standards and compliant stock rotation. Unload deliveries in line with company proceduresSupport with inventory management as requestedEnsure site remains clean and tidy at all times dealing with any hazards urgentlyComply with company standard operating procedures (SOPs)Deliver strong standards within your site, adhering to merchandising and space management principles in addition to delivering a clean, tidy, organised site environment.Maintain good relations to uphold Deliveroo’s positive reputation with all external parties. E.g. Neighbours, landlords, and contractors.Communicate professionally and effectively with our Deliveroo riders. Effectively operate and oversee the dispatch order ensuring the accurate handling of orders to riders and minimising mistakes. Ensure appropriate timekeeping, always arriving on time for shift, taking breaks as per policy and adhering to working time directive requirements.  What you'll need Previous experience in a similar environment is valued but not required (FMCG/Retail/Warehouse/Last mile delivery is a big plus)Hands-on mentality Detailed orientedComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and a good proficiency in both written and spoken EnglishFluency in spoken Cantonese and written Chinese is a mustRight to work in HK Workplace & BenefitsAt Deliveroo we know that people are the heart of the business and we prioritise their welfare.
