What You’ll Do As part of our AI Engineering team, you will own the infrastructure and delivery pipelines that keep our AI-driven products reliable, scalable, and fast. You will design and maintain the cloud environments, CI/CD workflows, and observability systems that enable our engineers to ship with confidence. This is a high-ownership role where your decisions directly affect developer velocity and production stability. Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure on Azure to support AI/ML workloads and SaaS product deliveryOwn and evolve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable, and repeatable deployments across environmentsImplement Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) to manage and version all cloud resourcesBuild and maintain observability and monitoring systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic stack) to ensure production reliabilityCollaborate closely with AI/ML engineers and product engineers to optimise deployment workflows for model serving and application deliveryDrive security best practices across infrastructure, including secrets management, network policies, and access controlsContribute to architecture decisions and champion reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency across the platform Qualifications Must-Have Qualifications Proven hands-on experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roleStrong experience with Azure cloud services (compute, networking, storage, identity)Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)Solid experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)Hands-on experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)Proficiency in scripting and automation (Python, Bash, or similar)Understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and secrets managementExperience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic stack) Preferred Skills Experience supporting ML/AI workloads in production, including GPU-based infrastructure and model serving pipelinesKnowledge of cost optimisation strategies for cloud infrastructureExperience with database administration and management (e.g. Postgres)Background in regulated or enterprise environments with compliance requirements Additional Information Our Hiring Process 25-minute screening callTake-home challenge: A hands-on task to assess your problem-solving and technical skillsCombined technical and cultural interview (in-person)Whiteboard Interview: 1-hour with 2 of our engineers to discuss your solution to the take-home challengeCulture fit: 30-minute meeting with our leadership team Why Join Us?
