We are looking for a Senior Engineer to join our multidisciplinary pavement engineering and construction materials team , working across airports, ports, highways, and related transport infrastructure. This role sits within a multidisciplinary pavement engineering and construction materials team and is intended for engineers with established professional experience who are ready to take technical ownership and responsibility. Senior Engineers may operate as strong generalists across several services or as specialists in one area such as pavement design for ports, airports, highways, or construction materials. Both profiles are valued, provided the required level of technical judgement is demonstrated. Here’s what we’re looking for: An engineering related degree or equivalent or demonstrable progress towards Chartership is highly valuedEstablished professional experience in a related engineering field, with demonstrated capability to operate independently at Senior Engineer levelProfessional experience in pavement engineering and construction materials (e.g. asphalt, aggregates, concrete hydraulically bound materials, soils) across airports, ports, highways or related infrastructure – (either strong generalist capability across services or a recognised technical specialism in one area)Comfortable engaging in technical discussions with clients and project teams At AECOM, we value everyone's unique contributions and perspectives.
