Host / Hostess – Front of HouseLocation: Stratford-upon-AvonWorking Pattern: 5 days per week, fully on-siteAbout the RoleWe are seeking a professional and personable Host/Hostess to join a well-known organisation based in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a key front-of-house position, where you will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering an exceptional customer experience at all times.Key Responsibilities
- Meeting and greeting clients, customers, and visitors with a warm and professional approach
- Managing front-of-house areas to ensure a welcoming and organised environment
- Preparing and serving refreshments for guests and meetings
- Supporting the smooth running of reception and visitor services
- Handling general enquiries and providing information as needed
- Maintaining high standards of presentation and hospitality at all times
About YouWe are looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, polished, and confident in a customer-facing role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to deliver a high level of service in a busy environment
- A strong communicator with a positive and professional attitude
Experience
- Previous experience in front-of-house, hospitality, or a customer service role is highly desirable
- Candidates with a background in cabin crew or premium customer service environments will be particularly well-suited
- Experience in meeting and greeting or corporate reception is an advantage
