The successful candidate will support the day to day running of restaurant service, ensuring high standards are maintained throughout breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner service while leading by example on the floor. The successful candidate should be comfortable at 3 AA Rosette level.
The Role Support the management team with the smooth running of restaurant operations
Supervise and motivate the front-of-house team during service
Deliver exceptional guest service and maintain high presentation standards
Assist with training and development of junior team members
Ensure efficient communication between restaurant and kitchen teams
Handle guest requests and resolve issues professionally
Support stock control, service preparation and operational organisation
The Ideal Candidate Previous experience in a Restaurant Supervisor or Senior Waiter role
Strong food and beverage knowledge
Confident leading a team during busy services
Friendly, professional and guest-focused personality
Well presented with excellent communication skills
Passionate about hospitality and service standards
Able to remain calm and organised under pressure
Package 45 hour contract
Approx. xwzovoh £2,000 annual tronc
