- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator, able to build relationships at all levels
- Experience of both specialist and high-volume recruitment (desirable)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and highly professional approach
