The Person:
Previous Experience in a supervisory or team leading role, preferably in a night shift setting
Confident Communicator
Strong Leadership Skills
Passion for Excellent Customer Service
Ability to work independently , as well as in a team
The Role:
To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
To assist and support the Night Manager in overseeing the Night operations and duties of the hotel
Supervise the night team and support them with training and guidance
Complete and file night reports and shift handovers accurately
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, by conducting checks and night walks
