The Role
Take full operational responsibility for the hotel, restaurant, and guest experienceLead from the front with a visible and hands-on management styleInspire and develop a close-knit hospitality teamDrive exceptional service standards across all areas of the businessOversee budgets, forecasting, payroll, and financial performanceMaximise occupancy, revenue, and guest satisfactionWork closely with ownership on future growth and development plansEnsure the property maintains its warm, personal, and welcoming culture
About You
Previous experience as a Hotel General Manager or senior operational leader within a boutique 3 or 4 star hotel environmentPassionate about hospitality, guest experience, and team cultureStrong commercial and financial acumenComfortable operating within a highly hands-on roleExperience working within rural or destination-led properties would be highly advantageousRelocation for the role will be essentialUnderstanding and appreciation of the lifestyle and operational challenges associated with remote/rural hospitality environments
