Overview We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global manufacturing organisation, supporting a key UK site of ~900 employees. This is a hands-on, strategic role partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead organisational design, restructuring, and large-scale change programmes
  • Partner with leaders to drive culture, engagement, and performance
  • Develop leadership capability and support high-performing teams
  • Deliver talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy
  • Manage employee and industrial relations, including union engagement
  • Use data and insights to shape HR strategy and business decisions

What We're Looking For

  • Proven HR generalist experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Strong background in UK restructuring and change management
  • Experience working with unions and handling ER/IR matters
  • Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
  • Data-driven with strong commercial awareness
