Overview We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a global manufacturing organisation, supporting a key UK site of ~900 employees. This is a hands-on, strategic role partnering closely with senior leaders to deliver people initiatives aligned to business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organisational design, restructuring, and large-scale change programmes
- Partner with leaders to drive culture, engagement, and performance
- Develop leadership capability and support high-performing teams
- Deliver talent management, succession planning, and workforce strategy
- Manage employee and industrial relations, including union engagement
- Use data and insights to shape HR strategy and business decisions
What We're Looking For
- Proven HR generalist experience in a complex, fast-paced environment
- Strong background in UK restructuring and change management
- Experience working with unions and handling ER/IR matters
- Ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders
- Data-driven with strong commercial awareness
