VP, Leveraged Finance — London Deal Origination

ACL Partners is seeking a Vice President for their Leveraged Finance team in London. This position focuses on the origination and execution of sub-investment grade debt transactions for private equity-backed buyouts and corporate acquisitions.

The ideal candidate will have 6–9 years of experience in Leveraged Finance or Debt Capital Markets and possess a proven track record in transaction execution, alongside strong credit judgment and technical modeling skills.
