Job Title: Hotel Operations Manager – Luxury Hotel
Salary: GBP 65,000 + Bonus and Excellent Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, inspire and develop high-performing hotel teams across all departments
- Oversee smooth daily operations across Rooms, F-B, Spa, and Front of House
- Drive exceptional Food and Beverage and guest experience standards
- Ensure seamless collaboration across all operational teams
- Maintain world‑class service, presentation, and attention to detail
- Oversee recruitment, training, and ongoing team development
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and overall financial performance
- Monitor guest feedback and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure full compliance with all safety, hygiene, and operational standards
- Act as a visible leader and ambassador for the estate brand

- Proven experience in luxury or high‑end hotel operations
- Strong, hands‑on leadership style with excellent communication skills
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple departments
- Commercially strong with solid financial awareness
