This is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping creative strategy, driving brand storytelling, and overseeing the development of integrated campaigns across digital, social media, video, design, and communications channels.

The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary creative team, ensuring all brand communications are engaging, consistent, and aligned to wider commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver the overall creative marketing strategy
  • Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, and brand channels
  • Oversee creative development from concept through to execution
  • Manage and mentor teams across design, video production, social media, and brand
  • Ensure strong brand governance and consistency across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders
  • Support large-scale campaigns, product launches, and key events
  • Work closely with external agencies and creative partners
Skills & Experience
  • 8–10+ years’ experience within marketing, brand, or creative leadership
  • Proven experience leading integrated marketing campaigns
  • Strong leadership experience managing creative teams
  • Excellent understanding of branding, storytelling, and content strategy
  • Experience across digital marketing, social media, video, and campaign development
  • Commercially aware with strong project management skills
  • Experience within wellness, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands would be advantageous
