This is a pivotal time for C~urb Property Maintenance. Building on a strong foundation created over many years, the new C~urb Managing Director of Property Maintenance will lead the next phase of transformation, growth, and innovation — modernising services, deepening customer focus and expanding our commercial reach across Scotland’s central belt.

If you are a strategic, commercially astute leader with a passion for high-quality, safe, and customer‑centred property maintenance services, this is your opportunity to create a new legacy.” — Colin Culross, Executive Director, Commercial and CEO of C~urb

About the role

As Managing Director of Property Maintenance, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for a major in‑house maintenance and repairs function delivering services to over 20,000 customers and clients across Scotland.

You will lead a workforce of more than 270 colleagues, managing significant operational and capital budgets, and overseeing services that span reactive repairs, planned and cyclical maintenance, compliance, asset investment and commercial refurbishment. Alongside delivery for Link Group and its partner housing associations, you will grow C~urb’s external customer base and develop new profitable commercial opportunities.

Reporting to the Executive Director, Commercial / C~urb CEO, and accountable to the C~urb Board of Management, you will also sit within Link’s wider senior leadership network — shaping corporate strategy and driving service excellence at scale.

  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • £92,000 – £104,434 (dependent on skills and experience).
