Overview
Senior Vice President – Digital Assets Product Strategy & Commercialisation. Location: London.
In this role, you’ll contribute to go-to-market strategies, product positioning and messaging, and the commercialisation of digital asset solutions. You will work with the Product & Innovation Hub to drive awareness, adoption, and market impact across Europe, the Middle East, and related regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase awareness and adoption of products and solutions at scale
- Drive the development of product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to support sales and marketing efforts
- Maintain a deep understanding of Europe and Middle East market trends, regulatory developments (e.g., MiCA, DLT Pilot Regime) competitive analysis and client needs to inform product commercialization
- Support strategic client engagements, preparing materials, coordinating internal stakeholders, and contributing to client discussions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing, technology, legal, risk, and compliance) to align strategy and ensure product readiness
- Create thought leadership to scale our narrative and educate clients and ecosystem partners
- Develop commercialization toolkits and enablement materials, including client narratives, pitch decks, FAQs, and internal training content
- Represent EMEA market perspectives in global strategy and commercialization forums, influencing product roadmap and market entry priorities
- Champion innovation and change, contributing to the Product & Innovation Hub’s mission to reimagine the future of finance
- Contribute to product strategy for complex products and solutions, using subject matter expertise to drive direction
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in strategy, product commercialization, or product management within financial services, fintech, or digital assets
- Deep understanding of digital assets and markets (tokenization, digital cash, crypto, collateral)
- Strong grounding in traditional financial products and infrastructure, in areas such as securities services, payments, collateral management, investment, or wealth management
- Proven ability to design and execute go-to-market strategies, including opportunity sizing, client segmentation, and commercial positioning
- Knowledge of Europe and Middle East regulatory frameworks relevant to digital assets (MiCA, DLT Pilot, FCA guidance, ADGM, and other local/regional regimes)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment, managing multiple projects and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
