• Strong background in Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science
• Experience leading technical data teams in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of KPIs, benchmarking, and analytical frameworks
• Strong Python skills with modern cloud data platforms
• Ability to combine strategic leadership with technical depth
