Nursery Room Leader – Up to £32,200 – Full Time, 40 Hours per week

The setting is bright and spacious, with dedicated rooms for each age group and an all‑weather outdoor space used throughout the year. You will lead within the baby room, working closely with a consistent team and strong leadership structure to deliver high‑quality early years care and education.

Before You Apply

• You must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification
• You must have recent nursery experience, ideally within a baby room or similar age group
• This role is not suitable for unqualified candidates or those without UK nursery experience

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
• Experience working in a nursery setting, ideally with babies
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements
• Ability to lead a room and maintain standards confidently

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily care and routines within the baby room
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities in line with EYFS
• Complete observations and maintain accurate development records
• Maintain safeguarding, health, safety, and hygiene standards
• Support and guide nursery practitioners within the room
• Communicate effectively with parents during drop‑off and collection
