The Role
You will lead a diverse portfolio of client accounts, building long-term relationships while identifying and converting new business opportunities. This means challenging briefs to understand what clients actually need, then driving strategic solutions that exceed their expectations. You will maintain commercial oversight across all workstreams, tracking progress, managing financials, and ensuring delivery – while championing creative work and supporting its development from concept through execution. The role combines business development with creative leadership, positioning you as the primary contact who shapes both the relationship and the work.

The Person
An Account Director with solid experience at established design agencies who can evaluate creative work and support its development efficiently. You are commercially astute with creative appreciation, excellent at building client relationships and presenting to senior stakeholders. You are looking for the chance to run client engagements as the primary contact rather than feeling like a messenger between teams – someone ready to own accounts end-to-end and contribute meaningfully to both the creative output and the commercial relationship.
