NJR Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fast-growing, technology-driven Financial Planning firm who are looking to recruit an experienced Senior IFA Administrator to join their fully remote back-office team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a modern and forward-thinking business, where you will play a key role in supporting advisers while also contributing to the ongoing development of processes and systems within a dynamic and evolving environment.

The Role

Working remotely as part of a collaborative team, you will take ownership of a range of administrative processes while supporting advisers and paraplanners to deliver an exceptional client experience.

As a senior member of the team, you will also contribute to improving workflows, mentoring colleagues, and enhancing operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection
  • Ongoing servicing of client plans, including fund switches and cash management
  • Managing and tracking Letters of Authority
  • Liaising with clients and product providers to progress cases
  • Preparing client valuations and annual review documentation
  • Mentoring and supporting junior team members where required

About You

Minimum 5+ years’ experience within an IFA / Financial Planning administration role

  • Experience supporting advisers across a range of case types
  • Previous experience in a senior or supervisory capacity desirable
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused mindset
