Due to continued growth, our client is looking to expand their Customer Service team with the addition of a Customer Service Co-ordinator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by identifying and delivering the most appropriate solutions to meet their needs.
  • Prepare and process customer quotations, ensuring all email enquiries are responded to within a 48-hour timeframe.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer orders received via email.
  • Proactively communicate with customers regarding any delays or issues affecting order delivery.
  • Support customers when order errors occur, including raising NCRs for the return of incorrect or faulty goods.

Key Objectives

  • Ensure the Customer Service department consistently meets company KPIs.
  • Complete all quotation enquiries within 48 hours.
  • Develop and sustain positive relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy across all order processing activities.
