An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent, full-time Customer Service Operative with multi‑trade skills. Working closely with a Customer Service Team, you will provide excellent customer service and resolutions to issues, completing repairs and defects that are common in new‑build homes to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
Rectify defects reported by purchasers, which can include:
- Carpentry
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Decorating
- Making good
- Mastic application
- General maintenance
Requirements
- Proven experience working for a residential house builder or in a multi‑trade skilled role
