Sterilization Manager Gas EAS

Primary global responsibility for Gas validations performed by the Sterigenics Scientist team. Reports to Director Gas EAS. Direct reports: Gas Scientists.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Gas Scientist staff.
• Track workload and ensure appropriate balance across the group.
• Ensure department goals and metrics are achieved.
• Assist in customer and internal support for validation‑related questions and challenges.
• Develop and implement training and development tools for Sterigenics corporate and facility validation teams.
• Ensure team participation in Scientific Communities of Practice, including setting project goals for team members.
• Understand regulatory standards for Gas sterilization, particularly as related to validation.
• Demonstrate leadership and participate in applicable ISO committees related to Gas processing.
• Monitor the costs associated with the project and inform Sales when quote amount is exceeded.

Travel & Working Arrangement

• Travel will be required.
• Home office or facility based as agreed with Management.

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as Engineering or Science.
• Ten or more years of industry experience, with specific experience in validation.
• Detailed knowledge of ISO standards related to EO processing.
• Good project management skills.
