Pub Manager – Full Time (Permanent)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Pub Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy and welcoming pub. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands‑on professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to create an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily running of the pub, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Lead, motivate, and manage the bar and floor team
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards throughout
- Manage staff rotas, training, and performance
- Monitor stock control, ordering, and cash handling procedures
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations
- Drive sales, increase profitability, and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
Requirements
- Previous experience in pub, bar, or hospitality management is essential
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible and reliable, with availability to work daytime shifts, weekends, and long evenings
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Personal licence holder preferred but not essential
