Property Management Graduate Programme 2026

Looking to start your career in commercial real estate with real responsibility from day one?

At Praxis, you’re not joining a traditional, siloed graduate scheme. You’ll be part of a fully integrated real estate platform, working alongside experienced professionals and gaining hands-on exposure to live assets, tenants, and decisions that drive performance.

We’re offering 2 positions (London & Manchester) on our Property Management Graduate Programme designed to develop commercially minded surveyors through structured APC support, real asset-level responsibility, and exposure to the full Praxis platform.

This is not a passive graduate scheme. It’s hands-on, demanding, and performance-driven, requiring commitment and resilience, but it will give you the foundation, experience, and credibility to build a successful career in commercial real estate. With a 100% APC pass rate, the results speak for themselves.

  • Month 1 – Property Management Administration
  • Months 2–6 – Commercial Property Management basics
  • Months 7–18 – Advanced Commercial Property Management
  • Months 19–24 – Targeted Rotation

What we’re looking for:

  • RICS-accredited degree (ideally 2:1+)
  • Strong academic ability and analytical thinking
  • Commercial curiosity and an interest in how real estate creates value in practice
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Ownership and accountability in their work
  • Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Sound judgement and a willingness to learn and develop

Salary & benefits:

  • Starting salary of £32,000 per annum
  • 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays
  • Private Medical Insurance (medical history disregarded)
  • 5% company pension contribution
  • 3x Life Assurance
  • Cycle to Work scheme (including on-site shower facilities and bike parking at most offices)
  • Employee Assistance Programme
  • Group Income Protection

This is an office-based programme, providing daily exposure to experienced professionals, live projects, and real-time decision-making. We believe this environment is key to developing strong commercial judgement, confidence, and long-term capability.

Key Dates:

  • Shortlist for 1st stage by June 15th
  • 1st stages with Talent Acquisition Manager June 16th – 26th (Teams Video)
  • 2nd stages between June 29th to July 3rd (In person London/Manchester)
  • Final stage presentation July 14th and 15th (In person London/Manchester)

More information on the programme will be sent to applicants on receipt of application.
