Job Title: Visitor Operations Manager
Salary: Up to A GBP 45,000 + Benefits

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop high‑performing operational teams
- Oversee daily visitor operations across multiple departments and sites
- Deliver exceptional customer service and visitor experience standards
- Manage recruitment, training, staffing, and performance
- Drive operational efficiency, budgeting, and cost control
- Act as Duty Manager and maintain a strong onsite leadership presence
- Support events, visitor programming, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security procedures
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
The Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in visitor operations, hospitality, or customer‑facing environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Experience managing large teams and fast‑paced operations
- Commercially aware with budgeting experience
- Highly organised, proactive, and solutions‑focused
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
