LANXESS UK is now recruiting a HSEQ Specialist – Systems to work at our Trafford Park site. LANXESS is looking for an experienced HSEQ Specialist – Systems to enhance and manage our Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) Management System. This role will ensure ISO9001 & ISO14001 compliance and oversee site-wide legal and environmental compliance, audits, training, and sustainability initiatives.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain and update HSEQ systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensure compliance with environmental permits, ISO standards, and waste management
- Coordinate internal audits and lead incident investigations
- Manage environmental data, performance reporting, and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate on safety training and HSEQ improvement initiatives
Experience / Skills
You will be an experienced HSEQ Specialist from a manufacturing background with a relevant degree qualification. You’ll need a strong knowledge of HSEQ systems, regulatory compliance, and ISO standards, plus skills in data analysis, training, and cross‑functional teamwork. You will be happy being site based and enjoy building relationships and encouraging a culture focused on safety and sustainability.
