Workshop Engineer / Plant Fitter – Rochdale, Greater Manchester
Days: Monday-Friday (08:00-17:00) • Salary: £30,000
Role
We are looking for a motivated Workshop Engineer / Plant Fitter to join a market leading manufacturing company. Reporting to the service manager, you will be a key member in ensuring targets are hit. You will be involved in all aspects of assembly, fitting and installations within their operation. The company supports progressive training and development and fosters a welcoming team of engineers. The position will appeal to a strong engineer seeking a challenging role within a secure and stable company.
Responsibilities
- Installations, Assembly & Fitting
- PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection)
- Working in a manufacturing environment
- Welding & Fabrication
- Fault finding both Electrical & Mechanical
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Plant Engineering
- Plant Hire, Agricultural, Forklift Experience
