The FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders, and building best-in‑class financial infrastructure from the ground up.
The FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager will drive financial planning, commercial insight, and strategic decision-making across the business.
Role Highlights – Core tasks & Impact
- Build and own a fully integrated financial model (revenue, costs, cash, headcount)
- Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across all business functions
- Deliver clear, insight‑led variance analysis for leadership and board reporting
- Partner with commercial teams on pricing, margins, and revenue performance
- Support fundraising, M&A activity, and investor‑facing financial storytelling
Key Experience
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles
- Proven experience building financial models from scratch
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Background in SaaS or tech‑enabled business models preferred
