The FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager will play a central role in shaping financial strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders, and building best-in‑class financial infrastructure from the ground up.

The FP&A and Commercial Finance Manager will drive financial planning, commercial insight, and strategic decision-making across the business.

Role Highlights – Core tasks & Impact

  • Build and own a fully integrated financial model (revenue, costs, cash, headcount)
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles across all business functions
  • Deliver clear, insight‑led variance analysis for leadership and board reporting
  • Partner with commercial teams on pricing, margins, and revenue performance
  • Support fundraising, M&A activity, and investor‑facing financial storytelling

Key Experience

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
  • 5+ years in FP&A, commercial finance, or strategic finance roles
  • Proven experience building financial models from scratch
  • Strong commercial acumen with ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Background in SaaS or tech‑enabled business models preferred
