Clark Wood, a specialist Accountancy Practice recruitment consultancy, is working with a prestigious firm of chartered accountants in Hull to add an ambitious Audit & Accounts Semi Senior to their team.
As an Audit & Accounts Semi Senior, your role will encompass a mix of accounts, tax, and audit work. You will work with a diverse client base, including limited companies, sole traders, and partnerships across various industry sectors.
The ideal person will have varied general practice experience, including assisting on audit assignments. You should hold an AAT qualification or be studying towards ACA/ACCA qualifications.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of company accounts and corporation tax returns.
- Preparation of accounts for sole traders and partnerships.
- Assisting in the preparation of the audit plan to ensure it addresses audit objectives.
- Supporting senior team members in completing audit assignments, actively participating in fieldwork at client premises.
Skills
- ACA/ACCA Students or Part Qualified.
- Experience working with Owner Managed Businesses.
- Experience assisting on audit assignments.
