My client is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to take the lead in a modern, well‑established branch situated in a friendly residential area with great local amenities. This is a fantastic chance to become part of a growing, people‑focused independent pharmacy group that genuinely prioritises the wellbeing of its team and its patients.

This is a compact, easily accessible site with plenty of nearby parking. In this role, you’ll oversee the daily running of the branch, ensuring high standards are consistently maintained.

Supported by a 2nd Pharmacist 40 hrs p/w.

If you’re an Independent Prescriber, you’ll also benefit from an enhanced salary (not advertised).

You’ll have the autonomy to make a difference, backed by a 2nd FT Pharmacist and an experienced team.

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.45am – 6.30pm (1hr unpaid lunch). 1:2 Saturdays 9am – 12pm. Between 40.85 and 45.25 average hours p/w (depending on work pattern).

Key Duties:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop your team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Oversee the safe sourcing and supply of medicines.
  • Provide vaccinations and immunisations.
  • Ensure patients receive accurate prescriptions and expert guidance.

Package and Benefits:

  • Salary range based on min and max hours available p/w, depending on experience.
  • Additional pay for Independent Prescribers.

Essential Requirements:

  • Must be a qualified UK Pharmacist.
  • Must hold active GPhC registration.
