Overview
Aneurin Bevan University Health Board is seeking a dynamic individual to join our Emergency Department at Grange University Hospital (GUH). The successful candidate will provide clinical and team leadership within a multidisciplinary team comprising consultants, specialty doctors, specialist registrars, junior doctors, nurse practitioners, associate practitioners, and a liaison psychiatry service.
Location
The post will be principally based at GUH, Cwmbran. Some sessions may also take place at peripheral Minor Injury Units located at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Nevill Hall Hospital, Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr, and the ABUHB Flow Centre, Cwmbran.

Opportunities exist for portfolio careers with connections to the Emergency Medicine Retrieval and Transfer Service, the local Critical Care Unit, and local universities.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess excellent background knowledge in Emergency Medicine and hold an appropriate higher qualification, such as the FRCEM.
