MSK Rehabilitation Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for the successful candidate to support the clinical Physiotherapy team based in Ripon, employed by the Harrogate and District NHS trust.
Main duties of the job
- Assist in the assessment and rehabilitation of patients under the care of Ripon MSK Physiotherapy.
- Administrative tasks relating to patients and department requirements.
- Assist in the day-to-day running of the Ripon MSK Physiotherapy service.
- Provide 1:1 and group patient rehabilitation sessions.
- Provide walking aids and splints for patients.
- Assisting in administrative tasks.
- Maintaining required stocks.

Job responsibilities
Assist in the day-to-day running of the Ripon MSK Physiotherapy service, including 1:1 and group patient rehabilitation sessions, provision of walking aids and splints for patients, assisting in administrative tasks and maintaining required stocks.
Person Specification
- Level 3 NVQ in health and social care or equivalent.
- Evidence of literacy and numeracy to GCSE level.
- Experience working as rehab assistant / gym instructor.
- Experience at band 3 Physiotherapy assistant.
- Previous NHS experience.
